Folgers has a rich history in coffee-making and has long catered to its nostalgic Gen X and older audience. However, I felt they could benefit from a more modern, minimalistic approach. As a brand committed to sustainability, Folgers works with various organizations to reduce their eco-footprint and support farmers, and I wanted to reflect this in both the brand manual and event promotions. My goal was to create a clean, easy-to-read style guide that still felt true to the Folgers brand, prominently featuring their signature red. I also included imagery throughout the manual to emphasize that Folgers is for the people, the planet, and the coffee itself—from cultivation to enjoyment, whether shared with friends or savored alone.
